SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery within Greece is free of charge. Deliveries can be expected to arrive within 3-4 business days from the time of shipment. All domestic orders are handled by SPEEDEX.

• Shipping Within Europe: Deliveries to European addresses can be expected to arrive within _________ business days from the time of shipment. All European orders are handled by SPEEDEX.
Fos by Christina Filippi’s current policy in shipping for any sales for the rest of the European countries is ___€ per shipment. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be available for you to track your parcel.

• International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Fos by Christina Filippi’s current policy in shipping for any sales for countries outside the European Union is ___€ per shipment. All international orders are handled by SPEEDEX. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes.

• Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. The normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) will be Express shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) between Monday and Friday. During sale periods we will endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times, but some deliveries may take longer. In case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

LOCAL TAXES: Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

RETURNS
Please contact [email protected] to start a return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or refund shipping fees. Fos by Christina Filippi gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. Items purchased on sales can be returned. All monogrammed, personalized, or altered products cannot be returned. Returns that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

EXCHANGES
Kindly be aware that we are unable to offer exchanges currently, however, we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

REFUNDS
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
